Behavioral Health Program:

We offer behavioral health services that provides preventative treatment identifying an acute crisis situation allowing an individual to obtain mental health care on an out-patient basis. The program also offers continuity and stability to individuals discharged from psychiatric inpatient facilities.

Insurance Outreach & Enrollment

We provide assistance to individuals with enrollment in the marketplace plans, Medicaid, and CHIP through federal, state-based, or state partnership marketplaces. You will receive customized education sessions about affordable insurance coverage options (one-on-one or small group) and other assistance to facilitate enrollment in the Affordable Care Act Marketplace.

Medication Assistance Programs

The Medication Assistance Program provides access to free or discounted prescription drugs for uninsured, low-income individuals. Prescription drugs are available through participating pharmaceutical manufacturers. Our 340B Prescription Program offers a sliding fee discount to our patients. Because we are a Federally-Qualified Health Center, we can purchase medications at a discount and offer our patients discounted prescriptions through local pharmacies.
